Recognising the profound impact these therapies can have on our physical and mental health, it led me to a decision to retrain. I LOVE the fact that I can now play a role in enhancing other people’s quality of life.

Areas of Speciality?

I make sure each treatment is tailored to the individual and incorporate more energy work into my treatment (where appropriate to the the client). I am also fully trained to treat and manage fertility and maternity cases and help them along with this journey. As well as this, I also offer a treatment called NEPIP!

What is NEPIP ?

NEPIP (Neuro-Endo-Psycho-Immuno-Pody) is particularly helpful for people struggling with stress and anxiety. The NEPIP Sequence is an advanced reflexology technique, exclusive to Level 5 Practitioners.  It takes into account psychological studies of behaviour and health and the interconnectedness of the brain, nervous, endocrine and immune systems.  The treatment involves working specific reflex points as well as the standard reflexology treatment points. The result is a profound feeling of relaxation and reduced stress levels, supporting overall health and vitality.
