Hi Chrissy

Would you like to speak to one of our clinical directors? They will be able to help you with your condition and what the best steps are to ease the pain. If you call our head office on 01282 453 110, you can request a call back from the experts themselves.

We hope this helps you.

Hi i have really bad pain in my upper arm, it starts in the shoulder with the worst pain in the muscle down the front I of my upper arm. I can't move my arm forward away from my body without severe pain in the muscle, I can't move it sideways away from my body. Every position hurts, the lesser oain is when my arm hangs down and my hand slightly hanging backwards, I can put my arm across my body but once there if I move it wrong it hurts. I can't touch my right shoulder with my left hand because the pain is too severe. I suffer with fibromyalgia but this pain has come on over last couple of days and is worse than normal. Laying on the bed is absolute agony in every position. Please tell me what to do to relieve the pain. I've taken all my painkillers including morphine and nothing is helping. Do I use heat or ice and do I rest it or try to use it despite the pain? I would welcome some advice please
