Patient feedback is important to us
At Physiofusion we strive to give the best possible experience to our clients, and we are sorry if we have felt we have not met our normal high standards.
We really do want to hear if you feel that something has gone wrong and welcome all feedback from our clients as we would love an opportunity to put things right!
Sometimes complaints can be resolved very quickly and the easiest way may be to call us on 01282 453 110. We will always do all we can to resolve the problem for you, however if we cannot resolve it immediately we will escalate your complaint to our Practice Manager.
Alternatively, if you feel it is more appropriate you could write or email our Practice Manager with the details.

Gail will call you to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 1 working day and we will look to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, should any complaint require further investigation we will respond within 7 days.
