Last year we spoke to you about how the New Year is generally the time when people want to bring in change in their life and make the decision to go on a diet, join a gym or generally try and live a healthier lifestyle. According to a survey taken last year the average time a person can expect to keep their resolution is 3 and a half weeks. Yes, not even till the end of January. However, other stats show that around 46% will go beyond 6 months of their resolutions.
