Cancellation Policy

We understand that from time to time circumstances may mean that you need to cancel your appointment. We would respectfully ask that where ever possible you provide 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation which will allow us to offer these appointments to clients who may be waiting to see us.

Please be aware that if 24 hours’ notice is not provided we may need to charge for any short notice cancellations or non-attended appointments.

Cancellations can be made by calling 01282 453 110 alternatively you can email us at info@physiofusion.co.uk

If you have already paid for your appointment through our online booking system, we can refund your payment or the funds can be held on your account as a credit. To cancel your appointment please email info@physiofusion.co.uk and advise if you require a refund or would prefer a credit which can be used against your rearranged appointment.

Online Pilates Class Cancellation policy – As we currently have limited number of places for our Pilates classes and the small number of clients we hold the classes for ( we only have 5 people per class so our Physio can give you lots of support!), we would ask that if you are unable to join us that you provide 7 day notice to cancel or rearrange your class to another date. Please be aware that short notice cancellations or non-attendance may still be chargeable. For cancellations of 7 days or more, we can either hold your payment as credit against your next class, alternatively if you would like a refund please just let us know! Please email info@physiofusion.co.uk to advise us.
